The following fee schedule applies to everyone, whether or not the Renter is a current/past GKHS member or volunteer:
$500 for 4 hours (This includes one hour for pre-event set-up and one hour for post clean-up)
$100 for each additional hour beyond 4 hours
In rare situations, at the Executive Director’s discretion, less than 4 hours of time may be purchased at the rate of $150 an hour.
$50 use of Bridal Arch
$100 per event for use of KHM china, linens, large coffee percolator, glassware and silverware.
$25 per hour when event time frame is held outside of standard museum hours.
$150 Reservation Deposit. (This deposit will be deducted when full rental fees are paid.) The reservation deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of event, unless cancelled by GKHS/KHM due to an Act-of-Nature such as loss of electricity/ water, snowstorm, etc.
$300 Damage Deposit. (Money will be refunded if no damage to property occurs.) Additional cleaning and/or repairs will be billed to and paid by the Renter. GKHS/KHM will ensure repairs by bonded/licensed professionals. GKHS will provide a copy of the invoice to the Renter.
Indoor occupancy limit: 40 people
